This program is the Canadian federal government’s benchmark program. Through this program, Canada divides applicants for immigration through the Express Entry system. To be eligible, the candidate must meet program requirements and those of the Express Entry pool. A large majority of candidates are selected annually under this program. It is one of the few immigration programs that does not require you to have a job offer in Canada.
