Our Method

Our Method

to serve you better

A suitable method

One of the most important components of our success is the quality of the service that is offered by our company. ANS3 IMMIGRATION places customer quest and satisfaction at the heart of its development strategy.

We have therefore set up a process for taking charge of the client, which goes from making contact to closing the file. This process guarantees us compliance with the standards established by the ICCRC on the one hand and on the other hand to assert ourselves as a professional in the field of immigration.

Through this process, the client’s case is handled from all possible angles in accordance with Immigration and Refugee Protection Laws (IRPL) and its Regulations (IRPR), ensuring according to the possible outcomes, an appropriate solution to his problem.

MAKING CONTACT

The first contact is made in three ways:

-The telephone contact;

-The visit to our premises;

-A request for information or a Return by Email

When making contact, this usually involves information about the services offered and our ability to provide you with the service appropriate to your situation.

OPENING OF THE FILE

When opening the file, it is a question of recording your information and opening a physical and digital register to list all the interventions that we will have carried out for your case.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

In some cases, we do the opening of the case and the initial consultation at the same time.

The initial consultation is a process which consists of an audio visual interview or on our premises and which results in the Legal Opinion Letter. It begins with the signing of an initial consulting contract.

It is in this letter that we provide you with the recommendation on the immigration process or solution that fits your situation.

THE COSTS RELATING TO THE INITIAL CONSULTATION ARE SPECIFIC TO THE IMMIGRATION SERVICE REQUESTED.

REPRESENTATION MANDATE

The contract or representation mandate is the legal document in which our mutual obligations are recorded. It also contains the description of the services offered, the details of the deadlines, the payment schedules.

The signing of the Mandate is a recommendation of the initial consultation.

THE REPRESENTATION COSTS ARE SPECIFIC TO EACH CASE
N.B: payments conditional on obtaining a visa are strictly prohibited by the ICCRC regulations.

CLOSURE OF THE FILE

The file is closed after service on the client of the decision of the Government of Canada / Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on his request.
Certain CIC decisions may lead to a new request for representation.

COURTESY REMINDER

We understand that immigration delays are generally stressful and worrying.

We generally invite you to be patient. In order to preserve our value of professionalism at your service, we reserve the right to contact you in the event of new information on your file or in the event of abnormally long deadlines.

For each customer, the customer will be authorized a certain number of calls or emails beyond which the next will be billed to the customer. We want to maintain highly professional services.

Also, we have planned a callback service when your status or situation allows it. So you will receive a reminder of things to do by post or email.

CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE

As a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (CRIC), we are bound by professional secrecy.
By doing business with our firm, you are guaranteed the protection of your personal information. We will pay close attention to this.
You alone have the power to break professional secrecy.

EVALUATION OF THE SERVICES OFFERED

Customer satisfaction remains a strategic objective for our firm.
It will allow us to reorganize our services and improve the way we administer them.

We have planned for a constant improvement of our services, an evaluation of these at the end of any contract signed with ANS3 IMMIGRATION.
We will be happy to receive your completed questionnaire.
