THE ANS3 FOREIGN WORKER PROJECT - AGRICULTURAL PROGRAM

CANADA encourages the recruitment of foreign workers, in order to compensate for the current and growing need for labor, necessary for its economic development.

THE ADVANTAGES OF THIS PROGRAM

  • The absence of requests for the evaluation of diplomas or language tests which are sometimes blockages in several procedures
  • The non-existence of requests for financial evidence for subsistence in Canada
  • Payment of the round-trip airfare fee by the employer (a key requirement that will be verified by immigration offices)
  • The housing of certain workers by employers, according to the agreements concluded with them
  • Subscription to an insurance policy

REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS

For the selection, some requirements to consider:

  • The client's ability to perform the requested work
  • Customer's willingness to return to their country at the end of their stay
  • The client's ties, in his country of residence
  • The direct family composition of the client (as a couple, with or without children, etc.)
  • The client's financial situation and his property in his country of residence.

SELECTION PROCEDURE AND PROCESSING OF APPLICATION FILE

  • After collection and selection of files, contracts are signed with customers.
  • The contact for companies in Canada for employment contracts
  • Submission of LMIS (Labor Market Impact Studies) applications and visa submission submission
  • The duration of the process of a complete application is 5 months, from the date of receipt of all documents, after signature of the contract.
